- Professionalism: Treat others with respect and professionalism in all interactions.
- Non-discrimination: UrbanPro does not tolerate discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or other personal characteristics.
- Language: Use appropriate and courteous language. Avoid offensive, derogatory, or inflammatory remarks.
2. Safety Measures
- Verification: Tutors undergo stringent ID and Education checks to ensure credibility and qualification.
- Platform Communication: All communication, including chats and calls, occurs within the UrbanPro platform. Do not share personal contact information.
- Reporting Suspicious Behavior: Report any user displaying suspicious or inappropriate behaviour. Utilise the block feature if necessary.
- Payments: Tutors should exclusively accept payments through UrbanPro's Secure Pay. Students should prioritise transactions within the platform.
3. Empowerment and Vigilance
- Control Over Interactions: Students and tutors can control their interactions. Exercise to block or report any behaviour that causes discomfort or appears suspicious.
- Vigilance: Be observant and report any concerning behaviour to our Support Team. Your vigilance helps maintain a secure learning community.
Violations of these guidelines may result in various actions, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform, depending on the severity and repetition of the offence.
