Verifying my personal information

Email verification, phone verification (himself/ops team), Profile verification (ID check & Education)

The main points of personal information that we verify are

• email ID - We send out a mail asking you to verify your email account. Just follow the instructions in the email to ensure that your receive all relevant information.
• Phone verification - You can either generate an OTP to verify your phone number or give a missed call to a UrbanPro phone number from the registered phone number. You can also request a call from our verification team by mailing us at support@urbanpro.com. Not verifying your phone number can cause you to miss out on important information.
• Profile verification - As part of profile verification, we check your identity proof and education details. This builds trust and helps you make better connections with potential students.
