- The first thing to check, in this case, is if you remember the email address and password correctly.
- Also, check if your ‘Capslock’ button is on.
- Type on a plain document to check for Capslock being engaged.
Things to do:
- Click on the ‘Forgot password’ link, enter your registered email address or Phone number to receive a link or OTP to change password and follow the instructions to create a new password.
- This will help you log in, without having to register with UrbanPro again.
