How to update text and email preferences?

If you need to change the alerts that you are getting, please go to your profile page and click on the ‘Account - Settings - Preferences’ tab.

For Emails

• Here, click on the ‘Email Preferences’ section and then select the mails which you wish to receive and click on the ‘Save Changes’ button.
• From this section, you can control which alerts you wish to receive and which alerts you wish to unsubscribe from. 

For SMS

• To make changes to your SMS alerts, click on the ‘SMS Preferences’ section and enable SMS alerts.
• Select the phone number on which you wish to receive the alerts and click on 'Save Changes'
  Disable SMS alerts if you do not wish to receive the text messages.

To Unsubscribe

• If you wish to unsubscribe from your QA page alerts, then click on ‘Activity Alerts’ section and then uncheck the topics for which you do not wish to get any updates and click on 'Done'
