Teaching online allows you to teach students who may not be anywhere near your location. But, at the same time, you may want to receive enquiries from students from a specific location. Here is how you can set up those preferences in your account.
These are the steps you’ll have to follow to set up online enquiry location preferences from the mobile app and from the website.
From the mobile app
1. Launch and log into the UrbanPro for Tutors app
2. Click on the 3 lines on the top left-hand corner of the screen
3. Click on Account
4. Click on Settings
5. Click on Enquiry Location
6. Click on Online Enquiries
7. Select “All Locations Outside India” to get enquiries from around the world or “No Locations Outside India” to get enquiries from India only.
8. To get enquiries from all over India select “All Locations in India”
9. To select specific states
- Click on “Specific States in India”
Click on the checkbox next to the state to select it
10. To select specific cities
- Click on “Specific Cities in India”
Enter the name of the city and select it from the list of suggestions
Click on Add
You can add multiple cities at the same time
11. Once you have made all the changes, click on Save Locations
From the Website
1. Log into your account
2. Click on Account
3. Click on Settings
4. Click on Enquiry Location
5. Click on Online Enquiries
6. Select “All Locations Outside India” to get enquiries from around the world or “No Locations Outside India” to get enquiries from India only.
7. To get enquiries from all over India select “All Locations in India”8. To select specific states
- Click on “Specific States in India”
Click on the checkbox next to the state to select it
9. To select specific cities
- Click on “Specific Cities in India”
Enter the name of the city and select it from the suggestions
Click on Add
10. Once you have made all the changes, click on Save Locations
- Click on “Specific Cities in India”
- Click on “Specific States in India”
- Click on “Specific Cities in India”
