A response is the first thing a student sees when you reply to an enquiry.
- Your response can be saved by going to your profile page, selecting the ‘Account - Settings’ section and then clicking on the ‘Saved response’ tab, where you can create a category-specific custom quote and a personalized message.
- Make sure that your response is genuine, detailed and informative. Thinking from the student's point of view will help you add those details that a student wants.
For ex: Should you mention qualifications or experience, or would the quote matter most? Or should you break up the quote to show exactly what you are offering as part of your service?
- Ensure that your response covers all touchpoints and it is sure to get replies from students'.
