An invalid enquiry is one where you are unable to make contact with the student due to reasons like they have chosen the wrong subject or they not being the one who wants to take classes. If for some reason, you feel that an enquiry is invalid, you can report it and our team will conduct a thorough enquiry and take the appropriate action.
Here is how you can report an enquiry as invalid from the mobile app or the website.
From the mobile app
1. Launch and log into the UrbanPro for Tutors app
2. From the dashboard click on Contacted Tab
3. Now click on the student, whose enquiry you want to report as invalid
4. Now click on the 3 vertical dots on the top right-hand side of the screen and click on Report an Issue
5. Pick a reason for reporting the enquiry. If your reason is not listed, click on Other
6. Describe why you are reporting it as invalid
7. Click on Submit to report the enquiry
From the website:
1. Log into your UrbanPro account
2. From the dashboard click on Contacted
3. Now click on the student, whose enquiry you want to report as invalid
4. Now click on the 3 vertical dots on the top right-hand side of the screen and select Report Invalid
5. Pick a reason for reporting the enquiry. If your reason is not listed, click on Other
6. Describe why you are reporting it as invalid
7. Click on Submit to report the enquiry
Note: You can only report an enquiry as invalid within 7 days from the date when you contacted the student for the first time.
