There could be instances when you may need to postpone or cancel a scheduled class. The class scheduling system of UrbanPro allows you to do just that whenever you need to. Any changes you make to scheduled classes, including cancellations, are communicated to all the students in that class via SMS, email and notifications.
Here is how you can reschedule or cancel your scheduled classes.
From the mobile app
Method 1: From the Students tab
1. Launch and log into the UrbanPro for Tutors App
2. Click on Students
3. Select the student for whom you want to reschedule the class
4. Under the Upcoming tab click on Edit against the class you want to re-schedule
5. You can now change the date or time of the class
6. If multiple classes have been scheduled at the same time on multiple dates for the students, you’ll get the choice to make the change to all of them at once or just reschedule the current class.
7. To save changes click on Change
8. To cancel the class click on Cancel this class
9. On the next screen click on Cancel this class again to confirm
Method 2: From the Calendar
1. Launch and log into the UrbanPro for Tutors App
2. Click on the 3 lines in the top left hand corner of the screen to open the menu
3. Click on Calendar
4. Click on the date on which the class to be rescheduled/cancelled is scheduled, scroll down to find the class and click on it
5. You can now change the date or time of the class
6. If multiple classes have been scheduled at the same time on multiple dates for the students, you’ll get the choice to make the change to all of them at once or just reschedule the current class.
7. To save changes click on Change
8. To cancel the class click on Cancel this class
9. On the next screen click on Cancel this class again to confirm
From the website

3. Click on the date on which the class to be rescheduled/cancelled is scheduled, scroll down to find the class and click on it
4. Click on Edit this Class from the bottom of the screen
5. You can now change the date or time of the class
6. If multiple classes have been scheduled at the same time on multiple dates for the students, you’ll get the choice to make the change to all of them at once or just reschedule the current class.
7. To save changes click on Change
8. To cancel the class click on Cancel this class
9. On the next screen click on Cancel this class again to confirm
Note: You can only edit classes from the current date/time and the future. Changes can't be made to classes from older dates or times.
