Where can I see the recordings of all my classes?

The recordings of all your past classes are stored in the schedule tab of the student dashboard. These recordings are available for up to 1 year from the date the class happened on. These recordings are also available to the students who attended the class.

You will also get an email and a notification soon after a class ends, informing you that the recording for the class is now available.

To access these recordings, here are the steps you need to follow.

From the mobile

1. Launch the UrbanPro for Tutors app

2. Click on Students

3. Select the student whose class recording you want to see

4. Click on Past

5. Click on the “View Recording” link for the class you want to see the recording of

From the website

1. Log into your UrbanPro account

2. Click on Students

3. Select the student whose class recording you want to see

4. Click on Past

5. Click on the “View Recording” link for the class you want to see the recording of

Note: If you are not comfortable recording your classes, you can click on Stop Recording once the class is launched. However, doing so will also mean that your students will not have a recording of the class for revision purposes.
