When students come to UrbanPro, we ask them a set of category-specific questions that are designed to understand their learning requirements. Once we have this information, we can use it to determine students who have similar interests. This information can then be used to allow students with similar interests to be able to book a demo class with you at the same time.
Here is an example to better illustrate this. Let's assume you teach German and 20 students are looking for a German tutor. Once these 20 students answer the questions we will be able to understand their learning requirement. Let's assume that 7 out of the 20 students want to learn German for professional reasons. Once they provide this information, we can use it to show these 7 students a demo slot that has other students in it who want to learn German for professional reasons.
With the grouping option turned off, all students will be able to book the same demo session, thereby requiring you to cater to different requirements in the same demo class.
When setting up available times for demo classes you can choose to have students with similar requirements grouped into one demo class. What this means is that if the student requirements are similar, they will be able to book the same demo class as other students.
To enable this option, you need to click on Yes under the text, "Group students with similar requirement within a single demo class," while setting up the Demo Availability times.
