How do I see the messages I have sent to students?

Sometimes, if you are communicating with multiple students at a time, you may lose track of which student has been told what. To solve that problem, we have consolidated all the messages you send into one place. Here is how you can access them:

From the mobile app

1. Launch and log into the UrbanPro for Tutors app

2. From the dashboard, click on the messages icon

3. Click on the student whose messages you want to check

4. Now you can check the messages and reply too if needed

From the website

1. Log into your UrbanPro account on the website

2. From the dashboard, click on the messages icon

3. Click on the student whose messages you want to check

4. Now you can check the messages and reply too if needed

Messaging a student for the first time

To start a conversation with a student for the first time, you will need to go to the list of students you have contacted. Here are the steps to follow.

1. Log into your UrbanPro account

2. From the Dashboard click on Contacted

3. Select a student you want to message

4. Click on Reply

5. Enter your message and send it to the student

You can use the same steps to initiate a conversation with students using the UrbanPro for Tutors App.

Messaging students you already teach

To message a student that you are already teaching, you will need the UrbanPro for Tutors Android App. Once you have the app downloaded and installed on your phone, follow these steps to initiate a conversation with a student you are already teaching.

1. Launch and log into the UrbanPro for Tutors app

2. From the Dashboard, click on the Students tab
