To connect with us using an email, please address your mail to support@urbanpro.com

To connect with us via chat, please follow these steps.

Step 1: Login to UrbanPro Tutors App

Step 2: Click on the 3 lines on the top left corner of the screen

Step 3: Click on Help & Support/Help centre from the menu

Step 4: Click on the chat option to connect to a representative

From the mobile app:

1. Launch and log into the UrbanPro for Tutors app

2. Click on the 3 lines at the top left of the screen

3. Click on Help Center from the menu

4. Click on the Chat option to start chatting with our representatives.

From the website:

1. Launch and log into the UrbanPro for Tutors app

2. Click on Help Center from the menu on the left

3. Click on Contact Us

4. On the next page click on the Chat button to start talking to our representative
