Once you have conducted a successful demo class, and the student wants to study with you, you can send them a link to make the payment for the classes. Once sent, the student can open the link and use any payment method like Paytm, credit/debit cards or net banking to complete the process.
Here’s how you can send the students the payment link:
Step 1: Login to your UrbanPro Tutors App
Step 2: Click on Demos tab
Step 3: Select the student to send the payment link to
Step 4: Click on Payment
Step 5: Enter all information and send payment link
Step 6: Your payment request will be sent with a link to complete payment
From the mobile app:
1. Log into your UrbanPro account
2. Click on the Demos tab
3. Select the student who you want to send the payment link to
4. Click on Payment
5. Enter all the information needed and click on Send Payment Request
6. Your payment request will now be sent to the student with a link to complete the payment
From the website:
1. Log into your UrbanPro account
2. Click on the Demos tab
3. Click on Attended, under the Demos tab
4. Select the student who you want to send the payment link to
5. Click on Payment
6. Enter all the information needed and click on Send Payment Request
7. Your payment request will now be sent to the student with a link to complete the payment
Other ways to send payment links:
1. The payment link can also be sent from the Students tab by clicking on the student's name and then on the Info tab.
2. Another way to send the payment request is to click on the Contacted tab from the dashboard, select the student and click on Payment.
Once the payment request has been sent to the student, they will receive a notification, SMS, email and a WhatsApp message telling them that you have requested payment. The message will also contain the link they can use to complete the payment. You will also be able to see the payment link. You can copy this link and send it to your student to have them make the payment.
