When a student books a demo class with you, or you book one with the student, it is essential that you attend the demo. Missing the demo makes for a bad experience for the students and it can affect your rankings as well.
However, if a situation arises where you can’t take the demo class at the assigned time then you can always reschedule the demo to a time more convenient. Just make sure you speak to the student before rescheduling the demo class.
Here is how you can reschedule the demo class
From the mobile app
1. Launch and log into the UrbanPro for Tutors app
2. Click on the Demos tab from the dashboard
3. From the Scheduled tab, select the student for whom the demo needs to be rescheduled
4. Now click on Reschedule
5. Pick a new date and time for the demo
6. Confirm that you have spoken with the student and click on Confirm Booking
From the website
1. Log into your UrbanPro account
2. Click on the Demos tab from the dashboard
3. From the Scheduled tab, select the student for whom the demo needs to be rescheduled
4. Now click on Reschedule
5. Pick a new date and time for the demo
6. Confirm that you have spoken with the student and click on Confirm Booking
If you or the student can't find any time that is convenient to reschedule the demo to, then you can go ahead and reject the demo as long as it is done 3 hours before the demo starts.
