How to pay the Tutor for his services?

1. The students should make payments directly to UrbanPro, not to tutors.
2. The funds are held in a SecurePay escrow account (UrbanPro SecurePay is an escrow payment service designed to ensure secure and trustworthy transactions between students and tutors), as per RBI regulations.
3. The money remains in escrow account until the tutor completes the promised number of classes.
4. Tutors are paid on a weekly or monthly basis, based on the number of completed sessions.

Important Note:

1. Direct payments between students and tutors (outside UrbanPro) are strictly prohibited.
2. This system helps protect students from fraud and ensures tutors are paid fairly only after delivering the agreed service.
