How an Individual can become a sales support partner?

As a Sales Support Partner, you focus only on teaching, while UrbanPro:

• Responds to student enquiries
• Calls leads and books demo classes
• Follows up for payments

You have to be a Super Tutor for the respective category

Super Tutor Eligibility

To qualify, you must:

1. Complete 100+ paid teaching hours
   • In a specific category (e.g., Spoken English, Coding, etc.)
2. Have an active Business Plan
   • Your subscription must be active on UrbanPro

Enable Sales Support

Once eligible:

1. Go to:
   Account → Settings → Sales Support Settings
2. Toggle Enable Sales Support

What Happens After Enabling?

• Student enquiries are auto-responded
• UrbanPro team:
  • Contacts students
  • Schedules demos
  • Handles conversions
• Coins are automatically deducted for enquiries

Transaction Fees (on payments)

Your fee depends on your teaching hours’ level:

• Level 1 (Start): 0–500 hrs → 40%
• Level 2 (Grow): 500–1000 hrs → 38%
• Level 3 (Scale): 1000+ hrs → 35%
