If a student has submitted a review but it’s not visible on your profile, here are a few things to check:
1. Ensure the Review Was Properly Submitted
The customer must click the ‘Submit’ button after writing the review and selecting a rating.
(Many users mistakenly assume the review is auto-submitted.)
There should be no errors while filling the form.
For example:
A rating is mandatory; the system does not accept reviews without a star rating.
The category and attributes for which the class was provided must be selected.
Both the review text and rating must be included.
2. Allow for the Review Approval Process
Once submitted successfully, reviews typically take 1–2 business days to get approved.
We screen all reviews for:
Spam
Inaccuracies
Inappropriate language
3. Still Not Showing After 3 Days?
