Your profile photo may be rejected if it doesn't follow UrbanPro’s quality and verification guidelines.

Make sure your photo:
Is a clear, high-resolution image (recommended size: 190x190 pixels)
Shows you in professional attire with a neat appearance
Has your full face clearly visible, eyes open, and facing the camera
Has a plain or neutral background (avoid distractions)

Avoid the following:
Selfies, casual photos, or group photos
Wearing sunglasses, hats, or anything that hides your face
Blurry, low-quality, or heavily filtered images
Distracting backgrounds like parties or outdoor crowds
Displaying any contact information (e.g., phone number, email, website, watermark) in the image

Note: Photos that contain personal or promotional details will be automatically rejected.
