The name entered in your UrbanPro profile does not match the name on the uploaded ID document. Please ensure they are identical.
Photo Mismatch
The profile photo on your UrbanPro account does not match the photo shown in the uploaded ID document.
Low Document Clarity
The uploaded document is blurry, dark, cropped, or unclear, making it difficult to read and verify your details.
No Profile Photo Uploaded
A profile photo is required before submitting an ID document. Make sure it is uploaded and clearly shows your face.
Tips for Successful ID Verification:
Upload a valid and clear copy of either PAN, Aadhaar or Driving License.
Ensure your UrbanPro name and photo match your ID document.
Use a well-lit, high-resolution image of your ID.
