How to enable/disable your SMS alerts?

To enable SMS alerts:
Login to your UrbanPro account. Go to the left-hand side menu on your UrbanPro dashboard.
Click on ‘Account’
Then select ‘Settings’
Navigate to ‘Preferences - SMS Preferences’
Enable SMS alerts by switching the toggle to 'On' and click on Save changes.



Important Note about Enquiry Alerts:
We do not send New Enquiry Alerts via SMS. You will receive New Enquiry Alerts only via Email and App notifications.

To disable SMS alerts:
Disable SMS alerts by switching the toggle to 'Off' and click on Save changes.
