Go to Profile → Profile Information → Personal Information from the left navigation menu.
Make sure a valid email address is entered in your UrbanPro account.
Double-check for spelling mistakes or incorrect domain names (e.g., @gmail.com, @yahoo.com).
Check your Inbox and also your Spam/Junk folder for the verification email.
If you still haven’t received the mail, click Resend Verification Email from your account settings.
If the issue persists, contact UrbanPro Support for help.
