How can a student join a class if they don't receive an email?

When you schedule a class on UrbanPro, our system automatically generates a unique class link for each student. If a student does not receive an email or SMS, you can manually share the class link with them.

Key Things to Remember:
Each link is unique to the student and the class.
You cannot reuse the same link for different students or different classes.

Students can join the class using the link shared via:
Email
SMS
Zoom Invite
Or manually sent by you

How to Manually Share a Class Link with a Student:
1. Log in to your UrbanPro account.
2. Click on the “Students” tab.
3. Select the student you want to share the link with.



4. Under the “Upcoming” tab, find the scheduled class.
5. Click on “Edit” next to the class.



6. Click on “Copy Invite” below the student name to copy the class link.


7. You can now paste and share the link via Chat option.

Sharing a Class Link When Launching a Class:
If you're launching a class and need to invite students immediately:
Click “Launch Class” after logging into your UrbanPro account.
On the next screen, click on “Copy Invite Link”.

You will see individual invite links for each student.

Copy and share the links via chat option.

Important Note:
Do not reuse links across students or classes. Each link is specific to:
One student
One scheduled class

Sharing the wrong link may prevent students from joining the correct session.
