Once a demo session is booked with a student, it’s crucial that you attend it.
Missing a demo creates a poor experience for the student and can negatively impact your rankings on UrbanPro.
If you’re unable to attend, you should reschedule the demo to a time that works better. Be sure to communicate with the student before rescheduling.
If no mutually convenient time is found, you may reject the demo — as long as this is done at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time.
How to Reschedule a Demo:
1. Login to your UrbanPro account (web or app).
2. Go to Follow Ups → Demos tab.
3. Under the Scheduled tab, select the student for whom you want to reschedule the demo.
4. Click on Reschedule.
5. Choose a new date and time for the demo.
6. Click Confirm Booking after confirming with the student.
