How to schedule a Demo class with a student?

When students are searching for the right tutor, they often want to connect before making a commitment. A demo class offers a valuable opportunity for students to experience your teaching style and approach first-hand, helping them make an informed decision.

There are two ways a student can participate in a demo class:
Student Books a Demo
1. The student visits your profile page and books a demo session directly from there.
2. Tutor Books a Demo

You, the tutor, can schedule a demo class for a student who has submitted an enquiry.
Steps to Book a Demo with a Student
1. Login to your UrbanPro account via the web or mobile app.
2. Go to your student enquiries and select the one you wish to contact.
3. Click the Contact button.
4. Enter your message and send it to the student.
5. Once sent, you’ll see the Demo Class option appear on the screen. Click on it.
6. Choose your preferred date and time, then click Book.
7. Review the Declaration, then click Confirm Booking.
8. Your demo class is now scheduled for the selected date and time.

Important Note:
Once a demo is booked, make sure to attend it.
Missing demo classes can negatively impact your rankings on UrbanPro.
If you're unavailable, reschedule the session to a suitable date and time.
