I'm a Tutor, but registered as a Student by mistake, what to do now?

Step 1: Close Your Student Account
1. Log in to your UrbanPro account.
2. Click on Account from the left-hand menu.
3. Select Settings.
4. Click “Close your UrbanPro Account.”
5. Select the appropriate reason.
6. Click Submit to close the account.

Step 2: Create a New Tutor Account
1. Go to www.urbanpro.com
2. Click on “Sign up as a Tutor”


3. Follow the prompts:
Enter your name, phone number, email, and password.
4. Choose whether you're an Individual Tutor or an Institute.
5. Complete your profile details (subjects, classes, experience, etc.).
6. Once you've completed the sign-up form, your profile will be reviewed by our internal team and it would take 24-48 hours for the approval.

Note:
Using the same email ID again may not work immediately if the previous student account is still active. You can:
Wait until the account is fully deactivated, or
Use a different email ID to register your new Tutor account right away.
