Why am I unable to turn on/set the Demo Availability?

You won’t be able to enable the Demo Availability option until you complete a few requirements:

1. Tutor Partner Training or Self-Learning Videos
Attend the Tutor Partner Training Session
OR
Complete the “Learn how UrbanPro Platform Works” self-learning videos.
Register or complete these at: https://www.urbanpro.com/register/myTaskList

2. Meet All Tutor Partner Eligibility Criteria
Check your eligibility status here: https://www.urbanpro.com/provider/eligibleForTutorPartner
Complete any missing criteria.

3. Enable Demo Availability in Calendar
Once eligibility is met,
Go to Calendar in the left navigation menu.
Click Add → Demo Availability.
Update your available slots.

Once all these steps are completed, the Demo Availability toggle will be active, allowing students to book demos.
