Check Your Mobile Number
Make sure your correct phone number (with the right country code) is saved in your UrbanPro profile.
Go to Profile → Personal Information to confirm.
Check Network & Signal
Ensure your phone has good signal strength.
Try toggling Airplane mode on and off, or restart your phone.
Resend the OTP
Wait at least 60 seconds before clicking Resend OTP.
Sometimes there’s a delay in receiving SMS.
Check for SMS Blocking
If you’ve enabled DND (Do Not Disturb) or blocked promotional messages, temporarily disable it.
Ensure your SMS inbox isn’t full.
Try a Different Browser or Device
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Or try logging in from another phone or desktop browser.
