If you're using a browser for video calls or live classes, you must ensure that your camera and microphone permissions are enabled. Follow the steps based on your browser:
Google Chrome (Windows/Mac)
Open Chrome.
Click the three dots (⋮) at the top right corner > Settings.
Scroll down and click Advanced.
Under Privacy and security, click Content settings.
Click Camera or Microphone.
Toggle “Ask before accessing” to ON (recommended).
You can also remove blocked sites from the list to reset permissions.
Mozilla Firefox
To Change Camera or Microphone Permissions:
Click the menu button (☰) and choose Options (or Settings).
Select Privacy & Security from the left panel.
Scroll to the Permissions section.
Next to Camera or Microphone, click Settings…
In the search box, enter the website URL (e.g., zoom.us or urbanpro.com).
Select "Allow" from the dropdown.
Click Save Changes.
Safari (Mac)
Grant Permission via System Preferences:
Click the Apple menu () > System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy tab.
Select Camera and then Microphone from the left panel.
Tick the checkbox next to the browser app (e.g., Safari, Chrome) to allow access.
If locked, click the lock icon and enter your password to make changes.
You may be prompted again when an app tries to access your camera or mic. Simply allow it when asked.
Press the Enter.
