To connect with us using an email, please address your mail to support@urbanpro.com

To connect with us via chat, please follow these steps.

Step 1: Login to UrbanPro Tutors App

Step 2: Click on the 'Menu & Account' option on the bottom right corner of the screen

Step 3: Click on Help & Support from the menu

Step 4: Click on the chat option to connect to a representative

From the mobile app:

1. Launch and log into the UrbanPro for Tutors app

2. Click on the 'Menu & Account' option on the bottom right corner of the screen

3. Click on Help & Support from the menu

From the website:

1. Launch and log into your UrbanPro account.

2. Click on Help Center from the menu on the left

3. Click on Contact Us

4. On the next page click on the Chat button to start talking to our representative
