How to join a demo/regular class?

How to Join the class:
15 Minutes Before the Class
1. A ‘Join Class’ popup will appear on your UrbanPro profile.
2. Click ‘Join Class’ to be redirected to the Zoom Meeting application, where you can conduct your class.

Email Invitation Links:
1. You will receive an email with the Zoom invitation link 15 minutes before the scheduled class.
2. Students will also receive the same link in their email at the same time.
3. Clicking the ‘Invite Link’ opens Zoom directly and allows both tutor and student to join the session.

Manually Sharing the Invite Link:
If you'd prefer to personally share the invite link with students:
1. Go to the Calendar section on your UrbanPro account.
2. Find the scheduled class and click on Details.
3. Click on ‘Copy Link’ to copy the Zoom invite URL.
4. Paste and send the link to your student via the Chat option.
