Once you've conducted a successful demo class and the student decides to continue learning with you, you can send them a payment link to enroll in regular classes.
The student can complete the payment using PayTM, credit/debit cards, or net banking.
How to Send a Payment Link to a Student:
1. Login to your UrbanPro account via the web or mobile app.
2. Navigate to the Follow Ups → Demos tab.
3. Select the student enquiry you want to send the payment link to.
4. Click on Payment / Send Payment Request.
5. Fill in the required details (amount, class info, etc.) and click Send.
6. The student will receive a payment request with a secure link to complete the transaction.
Once the link is sent, the student can click on it and use their preferred payment method to confirm their booking and begin regular classes.
