Once you’ve conducted a successful demo class and the student decides to continue learning with you, you can send them a payment link to enroll in regular classes.
Students can complete the payment securely using PayTM, credit/debit cards, or net banking.
How to Send a Payment Link to a Student
1. Login to your UrbanPro account (Web or Mobile App).
2. Go to Follow Ups → Demos.
3. Select the student enquiry for which you want to send the payment link.
4. Click on Payment / Send Payment Request.
5. Fill in the required details and click Send.
Details to be Filled in:
1. Type of class:
Choose 1-on-1 class or Group class (mention maximum number of students for group class).
2. Class fees for:
Select the category relevant to the classes.
3. How do you charge:
Choose from Per course, Monthly, Hourly.
4. Number of hours:
Specify the number of hours covered under the payment request.
5. Hourly price:
Enter the price charged per hour (if applicable).
6. Discount:
Add any discount offered to the student.
7. Full payment / Partial payment:
Choose if the student should pay the full amount at once.
For installments, specify:
Amount
Number of hours covered
Due date for each installment
8. Total fee: Enter the total amount payable.
9. UrbanPro charges:
This section displays UrbanPro’s share deducted from the payment.
Once sent, the student will receive a secure payment link.
They can choose their preferred payment method to complete the transaction and confirm their booking.
