How to know if a student has made a payment after the Demo Class?

You can easily track the status of payments made by students through your UrbanPro account.

Steps to View Payment Status:
1. Login to your UrbanPro account via the web or mobile app.
2. Go to the Follow Ups → Payments tab on your dashboard.
Here, you’ll see a list of all payment requests you’ve sent.

Payment Confirmation:
1. Once the student completes the payment, you’ll receive an email notification confirming the transaction.
2. The enquiry will automatically move to the Students tab.

How to Check Student Payment Details:
1. Click on the student’s name under the Students tab.
2. Click on the Info section.
3. Select Student Payment.

You will be able to view:
1. Date of payment
2. Amount paid
3. Number of hours the payment covers

If Payment is Pending:
If the student hasn't paid yet, you can:

1. Remind the student through chat or call
2. Resend the payment link using the same process as earlier
