How will I get paid for my classes?

Secure Payment Handling
1. Fees paid by the student are held safely in the UrbanPro Escrow Account until you complete the promised number of classes.
2. This ensures a fair and transparent process for both tutors and students.

Tracking Payments:
You can view student payments by going to:
Info → Student Payment under the student’s profile.

Payment Settlement:
Once all scheduled classes are completed, UrbanPro will settle your earnings to your bank account on a weekly or monthly basis (as per your preference).
UrbanPro charges are deducted before the payout.

To view the settlement status:
Go to Info → Account Transfer.

Setting Up Your Bank Details:
To receive payments, please add your bank details:
1. Go to Account → Settings → Bank Account
2. Enter the following information:
Full Name (as per bank records)
Bank Name
Bank Account Number
Re-enter Account Number
IFSC Code
PAN Card Number

Payment Cycle Options:
UrbanPro offers two payment frequency options:

1. Weekly Payments
Covers classes conducted from Tuesday to Monday
Payout is made on the following Tuesday

2. Monthly Payments
Covers all classes conducted in the previous calendar month
Payout is made on the last day of the month

To set your preferred payment cycle:
Go to Settings → Preferences → Payment Preferences
