How to respond to a student enquiry that you have received?

To connect with the students, tutors and institutes must upgrade to a Premium Membership. This allows you to respond to all matching enquiries via Manual or Auto-response.

Manual Response: Step-by-Step Guide

1. Login to your UrbanPro account

2. Go to your Dashboard

3. Click on an Enquiry that matches your profile

4. Review the enquiry details carefully

5. Click on the ‘Contact’ button

6. Type your message and quote

7. Click Send Message to connect with the student

8. Coins will be deducted once you contact the student.

Auto-Response Option (Optional for Premium Members)

If enabled, UrbanPro will automatically send a saved/default response to students when a matching enquiry is received and respective coins will be deducted. This saves time and ensures instant communication.
