You can choose how you want to respond to student enquiries based on your preferences and budget:
1. Manual Response
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click on an enquiry
- Review the enquiry details
- Click on Contact
- Write and send a message to the student.
- Coins will be deducted once you contact the student.
2. Auto Response – With Monthly Budget
- Enquiries are automatically responded to when they match your profile
- A default message or saved response is sent to the student
- Coins are deducted automatically
- You can set a monthly coin budget to control your spending
3. Auto Response – Without Monthly Budget
- Similar to option 2, enquiries are automatically responded to
- A default message or saved response is sent
- Coins are deducted per enquiry, without any budget limit
Click on ‘Account - Settings - Enquiry Settings - Enquiry locations - Enquiry Preferences’ and select the required response.
Once you respond to a student enquiry, the option to chat with the student becomes available.
You can follow these steps:
- Go to the Messages section in your UrbanPro account.
- Find and click on the student’s name.
- Start chatting with the student directly from there.
- If you want to send the same message via WhatsApp, click on the “Send on WhatsApp” option shown below your message.
Note:
2 coins will be deducted as soon as you click on “Send on WhatsApp.”
The student will receive the same message on their WhatsApp number.
