How To Get Subject Specific Enquiries?

To Change Your Enquiry Matching Preferences on UrbanPro:

1. Login to your UrbanPro Tutor account.

2. Go to the left navigation panel and click on ‘Accounts’.

3. Select: Settings → Enquiry Settings → Enquiry Matching Preferences.
   
   
   

Understanding the Two Options:

1. Enquiries with Partial Match (More Leads, Less Precision):

• You receive enquiries if at least one subject/sub-category in the student’s request matches your profile.

• Best for: Tutors who teach multiple subjects and want more visibility.

Example:
You teach Math, English, Hindi.
Student posts enquiry for Math & Science.
You receive it — because Math matches.

Choose Partial Match if you want to explore more leads (especially useful for beginner tutors).

2. Enquiries with Full Match (Fewer Leads, High Precision):

• You receive enquiries only if all subjects/sub-categories in the student's request match your profile.

• Best for: Tutors who want only highly relevant leads.

Example:
You teach Math, English, Hindi.
Student posts enquiry for Math & Science.
You do not receive it — because Science doesn't match.

But if a student posts for English & Hindi, you will receive it.
Choose Full Match if you only want to spend coins on highly relevant leads.
