How to enable/disable Online preferences?

Here’s how to update your profile and location settings to start receiving relevant student enquiries.

Enable Online Teaching for Your Classes:

1. Login to your UrbanPro account
2. From the left-hand side menu, click on ‘Profile’
3. Go to ‘Classes Conducted’
4. Select the category (subject) you wish to teach online
   Check the box: ✅ “I can teach live online using Skype, Zoom, etc.
5. Click on ‘Save Changes’
   
   
   
   

   Set Online Enquiry Location Preferences

   1. Go to:  Account → Settings → Enquiry Settings → Enquiry Locations
   2. Under Online Enquiries, select the locations you want to receive student enquiries from
   3. Click on ‘Save Changes’
      Note: Changes will take up to 24 hours to reflect on your profile.
      
      
      
      

      To Disable Online Teaching:
      Follow the same steps and uncheck the box:
      “I can teach live online using Skype, Zoom, etc.”
      Then click ‘Save Changes’
