Every enquiry is considered valid only after phone verification is completed using one of the following methods:

1. OTP Verification (One-Time Password)

   • An OTP is sent to the student’s registered number.

   • Student enters the OTP to confirm their identity.

2. Missed Call Verification

   • Student gives a missed call to a specific UrbanPro number from their registered mobile.

   • This auto-validates their number.

3. Secure SMS Link

   • UrbanPro sends a secure verification link via SMS.

   • Student clicks the link to confirm the phone number.

4. Manual Call by UrbanPro

   • In special cases, UrbanPro’s support team may call the student manually to:

     • Verify their phone number

     • Confirm their learning requirement
       
       This multi-step verification process ensures that only genuine, interested students are matched to tutors.
