How to enable/disable Offline preferences?

If you're open to teaching at the student's home or at your own home, follow these steps to update your preferences:

Steps to Enable Home-Based Teaching:

1. Login to your UrbanPro account
2. From the left-hand side menu, click on ‘Profile’
3. Go to ‘Classes Conducted’
4. Select the category (subject) you wish to teach in-person
5. Check the relevant options:
   I can teach at the student's home
   I can teach at my home
6. Click on ‘Save Changes’
   
   By enabling these options, you make your profile visible to students looking for tutors who can teach at home—either theirs or yours.
   
   
   
   

   To receive enquiries for in-person classes near your location, you need to set your preferred distance range.

   Steps to Set Nearby Enquiry Preferences

   1. Login to your UrbanPro account
   2. Go to: Account → Settings → Enquiry Settings → Enquiry Locations → Nearby Enquiries
   3. Enter the distance (in kilometers) within which you want to receive enquiries
      Example: 5 km
      
   4. Click on ‘Save Localities’

   Distance Limits

   1. Individual Tutors can select a radius from 1 km to 25 km
   2. Institutes must select a minimum radius of 5 km, up to 25 km
      Changes may take up to 24 hours to reflect on your profile.
      Setting your local radius ensures you only receive relevant, location-based enquiries, making it easier to manage travel and scheduling.
      
      

   
   To Remove Locations You Don’t Want Enquiries From:

   1. In the same ‘Nearby Enquiries’ section, deselect the specific locations you no longer wish to receive enquiries from
   2. Click on ‘Save Localities’ again to update your preferences
      Changes may take up to 24 hours to reflect on your profile
