How To Modify Your Enquiry Locations?

You can adjust the location settings for offline enquiries. This means that you can receive enquiries from a specific radius around you which you can change at any time. You can also adjust enquiry locations based on the localities that are included around you. You can get enquiries from a maximum radius of 25 km around your current address.

Here is how you can modify enquiry locations:

From the mobile app

1. Launch and log into the UrbanPro for Tutors app

2. Click on the 3 lines in the top left-hand corner of the screen

3. Click on Account

4. Click on Settings

5. Click on Enquiry Locations

6. Click on Nearby Enquiries

7. To change your location, click on edit

8. Now enter your address or move the pin on the map to identify the location and click on Set My Location

9. With the location set, you can now adjust the search radius. You can get enquiries from a maximum of 25 km around you.

From the website

1. Log into your account

2. From the menu on the left-hand side click on Account

3. Click on Settings

4. Click on Enquiry Locations

5. Click on Nearby Enquiries

6. To change your location, click on edit

7. Now enter your address or move the pin on the map to identify the location

8. Once the location has been set, click on Set My Location

9. With the location set you can now adjust the search radius. You can get enquiries from a maximum of 25 km around you.
