How can I see the student number after responding to an enquiry?

You cannot view a student’s direct contact number for online enquiries. However, for offline enquiries, the student’s direct contact number is available.

1. How to Check the Number After Responding
Go to the “Contacted” tab:
On the web: Go to Dashboard → Contacted
On the app: Go to Follow-up → Contacted

2. Find the student:
Click on the student’s name.

3. Click on the “Call” button:
You will see:
The student’s virtual number (for online enquiries)
The student’s direct number (for offline enquiries)

4. Call the student using your registered number.
If you are calling from a different number, enter your registered number when prompted.
