How It Works: Take Action When Needed
If you encounter suspicious, inappropriate, or uncomfortable behavior, you can:
1. Block a User
Stops all communication (calls and messages) from the user.
You won’t be able to contact them either until they’re unblocked.
2. Block and Report a User
Blocks the user and alerts the UrbanPro Team for review.
Like blocking, this stops all communication until unblocked.
Our team reviews message history to verify reported behavior.
How to Block a User
Go to your message thread with the tutor or student.
Look for the “Block” or “Block & Report” option in the menu.

How to Unblock a User
Return to your message thread with the blocked user.
Select the “Unblock” option to resume communication.
