The UrbanPro Tutor Partner Program is built to ensure a seamless, professional, and secure experience for both tutors and students. To maintain trust and integrity on the platform, all Tutor Partners are expected to follow the guidelines outlined below:
1. No Sharing of Contact Information
Strictly prohibited: Sharing or requesting personal contact information such as:
Phone numbers
Email addresses
Area/location details
External links or websites
This applies to all modes of interaction, including messages, calls, demo sessions, and classes.
Violation Consequence: Sharing such details is a serious breach and may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
2. Do Not Miss Scheduled Demo Sessions
If you cannot attend a demo, you must cancel or reject it at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.
Mandatory presence: If not canceled, you must attend and be present for at least 15 minutes, even if the student does not join.
No-shows will result in penalties and impact your tutor profile.
3. Payments Must Go Through UrbanPro Secure Pay
All payments must be collected only through UrbanPro Secure Pay.
Do not accept or suggest alternate payment methods (e.g., UPI, bank transfers, cash).
This ensures payment security for both parties and keeps transaction records transparent.
Penalties for Violating Guidelines

1st Violation | Account deactivated — can be self-reactivated by re-confirming guideline acceptance. |
2nd to 5th Violation | Account deactivated for 7 days. Immediate reactivation possible by paying a fine of 2000 coins per violation. |
6th Violation | Permanent account suspension. |
