UrbanPro uses Virtual Numbers to facilitate secure and professional communication between tutors and students. These are intermediary phone numbers that mask the real phone numbers of both parties.

How to Use Virtual Numbers
Always call from your UrbanPro registered mobile number
Use the virtual number provided in the student enquiry to initiate the call
These numbers are for calls only — they do not support SMS or WhatsApp

Security & Compliance Guidelines
Do not share personal contact information (phone number, email, WhatsApp, etc.) during these calls
Calls are recorded for quality assurance and audit purposes
Any attempt to bypass the system or share contact details is a violation of UrbanPro’s Terms of Use

Violations Can Lead To:
Temporary or permanent suspension of your UrbanPro account
Loss of access to student leads and demo bookings

Troubleshooting Tip
If you call from a number that is not registered, the system will ask you to input your registered number. Ensure your UrbanPro profile is updated with your active mobile number.
