What is a permanent virtual number (PVN) and how do I enable it?

A Permanent Virtual Number (PVN) is basically a dedicated phone number assigned to you by UrbanPro. When students call this number, the call is automatically forwarded to your registered phone number (the one saved in your UrbanPro account).

This ensures:
Students never see your personal number directly.
You maintain privacy while still being reachable.
The same number always connects students to you, giving consistency and trust.

How to Enable a PVN on UrbanPro:
Log in to your UrbanPro tutor account.
Go to Account → Settings → Permanent Virtual Number from the left navigation panel.
Choose any one number from the available list of virtual numbers.
Save the settings — that number becomes your PVN.

Note:
PVN is only available if you’re on a Pro or Business membership plan.
Once enabled, all student calls will be routed through this number to your registered mobile.
