What are UrbanPro coins?

UrbanPro Coins are a virtual currency on the UrbanPro platform.
They are used to respond to student enquiries and contact students.
Coins help you prioritize and spend only on enquiries that match your teaching interests.

🔹 How do you get UrbanPro Coins?
You receive coins when you upgrade to premium membership plans.
The number of coins provided depends on your plan type – higher membership plans give you more coins.

🔹 How many coins are required?
The coins required to respond vary depending on the category/subject you teach.
The location of the student
Other market-driven factors like demand and student behavior

To check this in your account:
Log in to your UrbanPro account
Go to 'Profile - Classes Conducted' (from the left navigation menu)
You’ll see the coin value required for each subject/category



Each enquiry shows the coin cost before you respond, so you can decide whether to spend your coins.
If you’ve set up automated responses, coins will be deducted automatically when they are triggered.
