When does UrbanPro charge Coins for an enquiry?

UrbanPro charges coins in specific situations where a connection or interaction is initiated between a tutor and a student. 

1. When You Respond to an Enquiry
Coins are charged when you send a message to a student enquiry.
This applies to both:
Manual messages (you type and send it yourself)
Automatic responses (pre-set messages that get sent automatically)

2. When a Student Contacts You
If a student visits your profile and then contacts you:
Via message
Via phone call
Coins are charged when the platform registers a connection initiated by the student.

3. When a Demo Class Is Booked
Coins are deducted if:
A student books a demo with you, or
You book a demo with a student
This is considered a confirmed lead, hence coins are used.
