How do I upgrade to a higher plan?

Want to Unlock More Benefits with a Higher Plan?
If you’re currently on the Basic Membership Plan but want to explore the benefits of a higher-tier plan, you can easily upgrade your membership.

Steps to Upgrade Your Membership:
1. Log in to your UrbanPro Tutor/Institute account.
2. Click on ‘Accounts’ from the left-hand side menu.
3. Go to ‘My Membership’ → ‘Upgrade’.
4. Choose the higher plan that fits your needs.
5. Proceed with the payment and start enjoying additional benefits.

Important Points to Note:
Pro-rata Charges Apply:
You only pay for the remaining period of your current membership.
The number of coins is also added pro-rata based on the upgrade.

Validity Remains the Same:
Your expiry date stays unchanged if you’re just upgrading (not extending).
If you’re close to expiry (less than 1 month left), you can upgrade and extend at the same time.

For Institutes:
You can upgrade and extend your plan anytime—no need to wait until 1 month before expiry.

Better visibility and matching
Additional support and features (depending on the plan)

Please note: Once you upgrade to a higher plan, you will not be able to downgrade your membership during the active period. You may opt for a lower plan only after your current membership expires.
Also, any remaining coin balance will not be carried forward, as coins expire along with the membership.
