Wait for Processing
Payments usually take 1–2 hours to update in our system.

If your account is not upgraded or coins not credited even after the above checks, please write to support@urbanpro.com

Registered mobile number/email
Transaction ID
Date & time of payment
Screenshot of payment confirmation
