What is the validity of coins purchased?

• You can buy UrbanPro coins by creating your Tutor profile on UrbanPro.
• Please follow the steps to complete your profile and you will land upon a page that enables you to ‘Upgrade to Premium Membership’. 
• You can select a suitable premium plan that best suits your requirement. 
• Each of these premium plans offers a specific number of coins and validity as per your requirements.
• In case, if you have exhausted all the coins before the expiry of your premium membership, you can buy extra coins which can be used within the membership expiry date.

For example: 

Your silver membership package has 3-month validity and you have exhausted all your coins within 1-1/2 month, then you can buy more coins to use until the membership expiry date.

On the other hand, if your coins remain unused within the membership validity date, you need to renew your membership package to carry forward the coins along with new validity.

For example:

 Your silver membership package has 3-month validity, which means that the Coins, if unspent by the end of that duration, will expire along with a premium membership.

So, ensure that you spend all your Coins before the expiry date.
